Black Ceramic w/ Turquoise and Jade pigment

Turquoise with a mix of Jade, Saphire, and Light Blue pigments and Glow Powder.  There is only about 1:3 ratio Glow Powder to Pigment mix so it glows about 2/3 less then full strength Glow Powder.  I love the suttle shimmer in this pigment.
