Brass spirals inlayed in White Ceramic w/Pink Glow

This piece looks like small roses with a fun Red and Pink glittery pigment that glows  Bright Pink. The small "roses" are thin brass rolled into a rose shape. It kinda reminds me of Saint Valentine, which I'm not sure what he did, but I think he gave greeting cards to people, and now we do so in his memory... I think.
